About the role:

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant, you’ll be working full-time on assignments with some of the most exciting startups and scaleups. You’ll act as a trusted partner to their teams, driving recruitment processes and, in some cases, building their talent acquisition function from the ground up. You will:

• Own end-to-end recruitment processes, from defining requirements to signing
• Work across a variety of roles from entry level up to C-level, with a strong focus on tech positions
• Partner closely with stakeholders such as founders, hiring managers, and leadership teams
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the process
• Adapt quickly to different company cultures and stages of growth
• Take on diverse assignments - from hands-on recruiting to strategic projects such as: setting up or improving TA processes and tools, defining hiring strategies, and more
